How Does FindJobsQuickly Enhance Career Center Success?
It all starts with a Career Services Assessment (CSA)
Career Services Assessment
The objective of the CSA is to provide a comprehensive written report outlining our analysis of a school’s Career Center’s stage of development and competitive position with a plan summary to guide achievement in Career Center success.
With this plan, school executives will be able to make informed decisions about the overall direction in which the Career Center is going and what resources are needed to implement the plan. We may also help during the implementation phase of the strategic plan.
Conducting the Career Services Assessment
Our process starts with a completed self-assessment. Suppose it is determined that the school may benefit from a full-service CSA. In that case, we will arrange a one or two-day on-site appraisal of the entire Career Center and career services operations, including job search skills learning programs, student and graduate services, and employer recruitment operations.
I will interview the staff confidentially to gain their knowledge of operating capabilities and opportunities for enhancing operations. I will also interview at least five students who are about to complete their programs to determine their job search readiness.
After conducting the on-site assessment, I will submit a written report outlining what I believe will enhance career services to facilitate high employment success. This assessment will enable school executives to make thoroughly informed decisions about the possibility of revamping the school’s Career Center and career services.
Suppose school executives believe the school is not getting the most out of its Career Center. In that case, FindJobsQuickly can help determine those improvements that will enable a career service turnaround. The ultimate goal of working with me is to improve capacity for sustainable growth, whether it is by operating more effectively, improving the student experience, or expanding operations.
I charge $1,680 to conduct a Career Services Assessment plus travel and accommodation expenses. An initial one-hour telephone consultation is fee-free.
